I came up with the idea because I love this show!
Anyways, this is how I designed it...
1. Choose the tank top (1st pg.)
2. For the color of the tank, choose white
3. Since this step will be very long, I took a screenshot of what you need...
(For the color of Bloo, use the 3rd purple from the bottom. You can always compare the color to the picture below if it's confusing.)
4. Use the half oval and the square to form the shape of his body
5. Take the two black circles that are bigger then the other black circles (the ones you should use are closer to the right)
6. Take the two white circles and put them on top of the black circles (the black circles are like an outline)
7. Use the two small black circles and put them closest to the right/left to form cross eyes
8. Take the biggest black circle and put it over his left eye (shown on the picture below)
9. Use the blue/purple circle and cover it (overlapping the black circle but not his eyes) to form a smile (you can use the first picture to have an example)
