*Go to a United Kingdom Proxy, like webypass.info/ justproxy.co.uk or krabappel.com/ppi
*In the address bar of the proxy website, go to stardoll.com and log in.
*Now, paste this link into the address bar of the proxy: http://ox.stardoll.com/www/delivery/ck.php?bannerid=32706
*Click go, and you should be at the "Do You Know" chat page. Now, wait for it to load.
*Finally, leave the proxy, and go to Stardoll like normal. The jacket should be in a bag in your suite.
