How to: True Blue Look

Hey, guys! :] I'm so tired right now, I've been so busy today. So, sorry if this tutorial's pictures look a bit rushed or anything, I've just been uber busy. I had this thing at a library, then art for 3 hours, so I was pretty much gone from like 10:30-4:30. And then I slept. So, yea. Anyways, enough about my day, here's a tutorial! :]

You'll Need:
~Lengthening mascara
~White Eye Kohl
~Dim Gray Eye Pencil
~Pale Turquoise EyeShadow
~Steel Blue EyeShadow
~Melon Madness Lipstick
~A Blue Hair highlighter
~Accessories of your choice
??Optional: LUXE Lipgloss??

Master the Look:
~Apply the mascara to both your eyes, and on the outside half use the Dim Gray Eye Pencil. On the inner halves, use the White Eye Kohl.
~Put on some of the Pale Turquoise EyeShadow, and the Melon Madness Lipstick. ??Optional: Use LUXE Lipgloss??
~A dot of the Steel Blue EyeShadow goes on the outside areas, then go over it a bit with the Pale Turquoise EyeShadow to mute it a bit.
~Use your Blue Highlighter, and add your accessories! I used Midnight Lashes (on the top only), Hoop Earrings, and a Wolf Lens.
